Once we realized that our receiving department had made a few counting mistakes when they were accounting for incoming goods, we knew that we had a problem. Instead of ignoring the situation, I started to think about ways that we could improve things. After a lot of deliberation, we decided that it might work to install high-end, accurate scales.
